Bluehound Content Studio is a proudly South Australian business specialising in website and social media content. Bluehound was founded in 2016 by Naomi Maltby.
Naomi has many years of writing experience. She spent her student years in the sales department of an automotive accessories store, and produced marketing material for in-store signs, brochures, and mail-outs. This material resulted in sales volume increasing several times over and a sizeable increase in profits. She also created clear, understandable user manuals to help other staff members easily adapt to using new computer systems.
Working as a solicitor for a number of years, she learned the art of crafting clear, concise, persuasive content in the form of legal advice, letters, and court documents. Naomi acted for insurers and private clients in a number of fields from personal injury to criminal law, local council disputes, and wills and estates.
The legal world is a highly adversarial environment, and persuasion is everything! Instead of sales, effective content results in favourable outcomes such as settlements and judgements for clients. It is very much a sales role, because lawyers rely on repeat business – and word of mouth referrals from happy clients are an invaluable asset.
This combination of experience has lead to Naomi being sought out to create content for websites and social media. She currently manages a number of websites and Facebook pages (see portfolio).
